Washington Managed Imaging (WMI) member groups provide the highest quality imaging services to the residents of Western Washington and the Tri-Cities. WMI provides a collaborative environment in which the 12 independent radiology practices in the association share their expertise and knowledge about imaging best practices today and in the future.

Valley Radiologists and Valley Medical Center recently invested in a special CT to help patients reach confident diagnoses and provide a higher level of patient care at their Valley Diagnostic Imaging Services - Olympic Building site in Renton. The new LightSpeed VCT XTe from GE Healthcare enables the lowering of radiation dose up to 40% across the entire body while maintaining high quality images throughout the body. A CT, computerized tomography (or CAT) scan, is a special examination in which multiple "slices" or pictures are taken through an area of the body.
